At Countdown Studio, our timers are delivered as digital downloads. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

No Refunds

• Once you complete your purchase, you immediately gain access to your files.

• We cannot provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products.

Defective or Broken Files

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a file is corrupted or will not play, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will:

• Replace the defective timer(s) with a working version, or

• Provide an alternative download link.
