Welcome to Countdown Studio! By purchasing, downloading, or using our timers, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.

1. Products

  • Our timers are delivered as digital .mp4 files.

  • Once payment is complete, you will receive access to your purchased timers.

  • No physical products are shipped.

2. Licensing & Usage

We offer timers with different usage rights. Please check the product description before purchasing:

  • Personal Use License – For your own use only. You may not resell, distribute, or share the timers.

  • Commercial/PLR License – You may use the timers in your own projects, classrooms, or content. You may also resell them as part of your own offers, provided you don’t claim authorship or trademark them.

3. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • We do not store or handle your card information.

  • By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes.

4. Refund Policy

  • Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final.

  • Refunds are only considered for duplicate purchases or unresolved technical issues.

  • If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All timers, designs, and related materials remain the property of 10MinuteTimer.cc.

  • Commercial/PLR licenses grant usage rights but not ownership.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Claim our products as your original work.

  • Upload or sell our timers on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Etsy, Fiverr, Amazon) without significant modification or added value.

  • Use our products for illegal or harmful purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages from using our products.

  • Your productivity results or outcomes (we provide the timers — how you use them is up to you).
